This year's symposium will concentrate on the immunologic aspects of moving stem cells into therapies for pediatric neurodegenerative diseases. An international slate of speakers will discuss pediatric neurodegenerative diseases, bone marrow transplantation therapy, non-myeloablative techniques of BMT, stem cell neurotherapy in animal models, intrathecal approaches for enzyme neurotherapy, the immunology of stem cells, protein tolerance techniques, stem cell neuroimmunology, and clinical trials of stem cell neurotherapy.
